Family aquarium trip!

We had a blast going to the aqarium with Brady, Nancy, Keller, Ryan and Mimi this weekend! All of the boys had fun looking at the fish and other creatures and Keller got to enjoy the dolphin show too!

In the Rainforest.. . .

All the boys (even the BIG boys) are mesmerized by the fishes!

Baby Ellena is born!

Ellena Marie Nelson was born on March 6, 2008 at 113 am to proud parents Nancy and Ryan Nelson! She was 7 lb 14 oz and 20.5 inches! Everything went smoothly and both baby and Mommy are doing fine these days! We were not able to go see her until a few weeks later, but the cousins seemed to hit it off splendidly! Baby Ellena and Mommy Nancy

What a cute little family! Look at that big yawn!!!

The gang of children (and their parents) that will descend upon Deep Creek Lake this summer! Let the games begin!!!

Joe is happy to meet his new baby cousin Ellena. Future boyfriends BEWARE!!!

Joe and Ryan are curious about each other at this point. I think by summer they will be best buddies!

I just love this picture of Joe with his Aunt Nancy!!

Snow Baby in Vail

Yes it has been WAAAAAAY too long since I have posted, I know. I started a new job January 1st and have not had much time to do much blogging since then, but hopefully I will be able to work it in again now.

We just got back from a week in Vail, Colorado where we met up with friends Kristen and her brother Dave for a week of skiing. Joe was getting over a double ear infection at the beginning of the week, but by Tuesday, he was ready to hang out with the other ski babies at the Vail Nursery.

Joe gets a ride from Daddy around the hotel where we stayed in Denver.

As you can see, Joe is sitting up now! Look at all these toys Mommy!

First time in the pool! Joe was all smiles when we took him swimming at the Avon Recreation Center one afternoon. He'll be a fishie in no time!

Family photo in Vail!

Relaxing at Midvale before we set off for some more time on the slope!
